Anita Lucas

Anita Lucas is Head of Management and Leadership Development for British Council. She has over 25 years’ experience of developing people through coaching, facilitation and training as well as providing internal consultancy support. Her two current priorities are embedding a refreshed understanding of the role of people managers, and working with leadership teams to prioritise their learning. . She is passionate about coaching and is currently part of the internal pool of coaches within British Council, working towards ICF accreditation.
