As a high impact Global HR transformation leader, Ramta is skilled in resource optimisation, compensation & benefits, people assessment & placement, career & succession planning, induction programmes and training needs analysis. She is also skilled in evaluating and implementing technologies for performance and goal management that positively improve the efficiency and scalability of the company.
Kate Sullivan
Kate Sullivan is Head of Services & Talent for British Council's Corporate English Solutions. She has over 20 years' experience of leading global, cross-cultural, cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of high-quality learning, talent and thought leadership initiatives. She has seen a huge shift in L&D thinking and practices during this time and uses lessons learned to optimise talent and learning programmes. She is passionate about communication as a tool to enable better relationships, engagement and performance in the workplace and beyond.
Matt Salisbury
Matt Salisbury is the Head of Learning & Development Transformation for British Council. He has over 20 years’ experience of leadership, operations and learning & development with a range of organisations including the British Army, John Lewis / Waitrose, the BBC, and MITIE GP.
