Louisa Bench is Director Global Talent & Development for the British Council where she is responsible for strategic leadership of talent management and succession planning, performance management and learning and development. Throughout her career she has moved between HR business partnering and centre of expertise roles in organisation development, talent management, internal communications, employee engagement, community involvement, and equity, diversity and inclusion. Louisa spent twenty-seven years living in Hong Kong, working and travelling across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, where she really enjoyed meeting and learning from people from many different parts of the world.
Mahmoud Reda is Learning & Development Acting Manager for Vodafone Qatar. He has over 14 years’ experience of driving L&D initiatives for multinational organisations in Egypt, India, Jordan and Qatar. His extensive experience of cross-border, cross-functional teams enriches his ability to identify key challenges of organisations and address learning needs. He is passionate about diversity and supporting the growth individuals with different professional and personal backgrounds.
