Georgina Reeves-Saad leads on employee engagement and experience at the British Council. As a communications and engagement specialist, Georgina has more than twenty years’ experience in a range of organisations. She works directly with and advises senior leaders on employee experience to help them understand the links between productivity, engagement and effectiveness, and how this underpins the successful delivery of business strategy. This includes using people data and evidence to make strategic business decisions; managing change successfully; transforming ways of working; supporting life/work harmony; and creating a vibrant and inspiring organisational culture. Brian Liu
Brian is a senior HR leader who has recently left corporate and has been building his own practice. He has over 20 years' experience, with his first decade in management consulting in the Asia region. His second decade has been in the talent and development space, delivering global talent programs for Bose, and most recently as chief learning for the Lazada Group (Alibaba). As he juxtaposes his experiences across the spectrum of east vs. west, tech vs. non-tech companies, he draws insight and learning that he channels towards building leaders and professionals to thrive in the cross-cultural hypergrowth future of work.
