Louisa Bench

Louisa Bench is Director Global Talent & Development for the British Council where she is responsible for strategic leadership of talent management and succession planning, performance management and learning and development. Throughout her career she has moved between HR business partnering and centre of expertise roles in organisation development, talent management, internal communications, employee engagement, community involvement, and equity, diversity and inclusion. Louisa spent twenty-seven years living in Hong Kong, working and travelling across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, where she really enjoyed meeting and learning from people from many different parts of the world.

Anna Lee

Anna Lees is a Global Head Talent and Leadership Development, currently working at Aztec Group.  She specialises in leading the strategy and execution of talent, leadership development, culture, engagement and learning initiatives across the global organisations. With over 25 years of experience in HR, consulting, and coaching, she brings a wealth of expertise and insight to enable business growth and performance through people development and transformation worldwide. She has seen a huge shift in Talent and Leadership thinking and practices during this time and ensures current programmes and transformation make the most of lessons learned. She is passionate about nurturing the potential of people and leading by inspiring and developing others.
